I wanted to give a big shout-out to this Campaign, as this is what finally inspired me to start my own blog! Rachael Harrie, writer of YA Horror, is running her Third Writers’ Platform-Building Campaign. This is a really wonderful opportunity for writers, authors (aspiring or otherwise), bloggers and others to link together to help raise each others’ profile, make connections and friends, and pay it forward. So, by helping others you can help yourself – always the best way in my opinion.
The list of Campaigners closes on Wednesday 31st August, so go take a look and join up if it’s something you think might be of interest. It’s free and Rachael is going to be doing tons of fun stuff until the end of October.
Greetings from a fellow California resident and another member of the Campaign's Adult-All Genres group. You picked a good time to begin blogging; this Campaign is awesome for meeting others and being inspired to travel about the blogosphere. I've read both your posts and look forward to reading more. I'm intrigued by your "Right from the Start" story!
ReplyDeleteHi Katie and thanks for your comment. I will post the first chapter of Right From The Start soon, so hope you like it. I found your blog and loved your writing. Btw, how did you manage to put the Campaign's logo on your blog?
ReplyDeleteHi Claire, I'm your newest follower and fellow campaigner from the Beginning Blogger group. I've been blogging for a year, still relatively new and still learning the blogosphere!
ReplyDeleteHey Claire, Saying hello from your blogger group. Your story sounds like a good one. If you are on twitter, I am @Christy_Farmer
ReplyDeleteHi Claire, I'm in your beginner blogger group. :-)

ReplyDeleteHi Claire, Fellow campaigner here. Making my rounds tonight before I get too busy with the crazy week ahead. Your space is great. I look forward to working with during the campaign.

ReplyDeleteHi Claire
ReplyDeleteFellow campaigner here - from the UK/SA group. Taking me a while to get around all the blogs in my groups!
Yay! Well done for starting your own blog! And now is an excellent time to do it, with the third campaign starting. I was "blog dead" for several months before I discovered Rach Harrie and her first crusade. Haven't looked back, as they say :-)
ReplyDeleteHey fluffy! Thanks for dropping in on the blog. Happy Campaigning.

Hello from fellow campaigner in the Humor group!
ReplyDeleteHi, Claire.
ReplyDeleteI'm a fellow mom-writer, writer of memoir and CNF, and campaigner (that is, I think I'm a fellow campaigner ... pending acceptance as I did not find out about said campaign until 11 pm Pacific Standard Time on the last night of sign-up).
Either way, I look forward to reading your blog and you can find me blogging here:
